Shipping and Returns Policy
Did you purchase a product on our website? We will take care of shipping it to you.
The delivery time for products on the site is within 7 business days if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, the customer will be contacted provided that they have left identifying contact information.
We take care of delivering the shipment to your home via a courier company or a representative on our behalf, and the price is determined according to the size and weight of the package.
However, there are products that can be self-collected due to logistical difficulties in delivering them.

Please note, at the end of February 2020 we significantly reduced our delivery prices:
* 39 NIS for delivery by courier to all parts of the country (up to 20 kg and up to a length/width of 1 meter).
* Free self-pickup from our stores at 17 Tozert Haaretz Street, Tel Aviv. You must come to the counter with an ID and present the email confirming that the package is ready for pickup. Without this email, service will not be received.
*If the packages weigh over 20 kg and/or are of unusual size/delivery to unusual areas, pricing will be provided over the phone.

Product returns:
The customer will be entitled to cancel the purchase in whole or in part even after the payment has been made to the credit card company, within 14 days of receiving the products, subject to returning the products themselves in their original packaging, unused and without damage to the products and/or packaging, and with an invoice. The cancellation fee charged to the customer will be 5% of the product price or 100 shekels, whichever is lower. The products can be returned by registered mail or by physically arriving at the store at 17 Tozeret Haaretz Street, Tel Aviv during business hours.
